For our concrete collection, to ensure the safety of both the pieces and the courier personnel during transport, they are shipped in wooden crates.

At Sun Republic, we prioritize quality and ethical craftsmanship over mass production. As a small business, we work with local and international artisans to create unique, timeless pieces.

Most of the exceptional concrete pieces are made-to-order, with an estimated lead time of 10-12 weeks.

Please be aware that furniture items, including our concrete collection, require additional freight charges, which are separate from any checkout calculations. While Free Shipping is available for homeware orders over $200, this offer excludes Furniture and Concrete collections due to the specialized shipping requirements for these pieces.

For our concrete collection, to ensure the safety of both the items and the courier personnel during transport, they are carefully packaged in wooden crates. Please ensure you have the necessary tools and assistance to safely uncrate your pieces upon delivery. Our couriers will deliver these heavy concrete furniture pieces to the front door or entrance only. Regrettably, we cannot deliver them upstairs, in lifts, or to any location other than ground floor entry level. When your items arrive, we recommend having additional help available to lift and set them up in your desired location.

We are committed to providing you with the most competitive shipping costs by working with reputable freight logistic partners. Shipping costs for furniture are determined by the freight logistics company based on specific requirements, including the item's size, weight, and destination.

Following your purchase, a freight/shipping invoice will be sent in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Orders for Furniture will be held until the shipping invoice is paid in full.

Please ensure outstanding shipping charges are settled within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If the item becomes out of stock before payment, we will contact you to arrange fulfillment from our next stock arrival.

Free Shipping is offered for homeware orders over $200, excluding Furniture, Concrete collections, Large/Bulky, and Fragile items such as large Pendants, Floor Pots & Vessels.

A separate shipping invoice will be provided after checkout for Furniture, Concrete Collections, Pendants, Large, Oversized, and Fragile pieces.

Certain items such as Bed linen, Hand & Body products, Concrete Collections, Gift cards, Candles, and Dried/preserved flowers are non-returnable.

Sale/Clearance items are final and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Discounts & Promotions are only valid during the sale promotion period and cannot be combined with other offers.

Furniture purchases are final and not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Furniture pieces are not eligible for International Shipping.

Furniture pieces may take between 8-12 weeks to be manufactured and dispatched. Please take this into consideration before proceeding with your order.
